How to Redeem One Free Entry With Your One Pass & Access Discounted Membership Tickets

Step 1: Locate your Village Roadshow One Pass barcode no. on your printed hardcard or reference on the Village Roadshow Theme Parks App if you have already downloaded and created a profile and loaded your ticket. Don't have you barcode number? See next section.

Step 2: Select event night you wish to attend for Sea World Spooky Nights.

Step 3: Enter your One Pass barcode number in the giftcode field.

Step 4: Follow remaining steps to complete the redemption process for your one free entry to Sea World Spooky Nights.

Step 5: You will then need to add your Sea World Spooky Nights ticket to the app by scanning or entering the ticket barcode on your confirmation email. Alternatively, you can enter the order ID number along with the email address used at the time of purchase.

Barcodes must be added one at a time. To add an entire order, enter the order ID number along with the email address used at the time of purchase.

Step 4: Once you’ve loaded your Village Roadshow One Pass into the Village Roadshow Theme Parks App, you can then locate your ticket barcode number on the ticket within your profile. You will need this number in the following step so we suggest you copy it so you can paste it when required.

Step 5: Select your event date and once prompted, enter your ticket barcode number in the ‘giftcode’ field to redeem your one FREE entry. If you are unable to access the App, you can enter the ticket barcode number on your hard card to redeem.
